No lap time,fuel or tires but practice lap done

I am doing practice and my driver just set 0-second lap times and fuel used is 0.00 and tire life of S and SS were the same:100% and it counted as a lap time.WTF igp manager?????

My drivers were rated at 4.5 stars now they are 3 star ? and unable to perform FREE PRACTICE it shows as lap 1 and 0:00.000 lap time

can you please check if the tyre wear is working properly.
ive used soft intermedaite and wet and the tyre wear is only 1%

If there was rain, that is the correct wear rate of tyres in the wet.

The servers are a bit troublesome the last days and one frequent problem seems to be those practice problems.

The star rating shows your staffs and drivers level in relation to you manager level and thus you always loose stars every time you level. That's bad for you staff because the stars are directly responsible for how good they work and it means searching for their replacement, again. That's good for drivers because those perform according to their skills and a bit less star rating means better training because they are not affected by the soft cap for a while.

All the slick compounds get very cold in wet weather conditions, which reduces the wear rate. Oppositely, rain tyres wear out very quickly and overheat in dry conditions.
