Setup wont save in the first car

Even tho I click on the save button at the top, the setup at the first car doesnt change, it is kinda locked, every other setup and strategy saves, but the first car setup dont, can I get some help?

Mobile or browser? Try the other than what your'e using. May help more for jack to narrow down the cause. I think mobile has been less likely to save...

It doesnt matter, it doesnt save on neither the browser or the app

I was just able to save for both drivers. using safari on my mac..
