When I play the game a few days there are some questions:
1. Talent is not train-able but can it grow in another way?
2. Is there a ranking for competitions so when you wil go over that you can see what is a good competition for you?
3. If you promote to pro or elite and you switch competitions, do you have to start by beginner again?

1. In my experience talent doesn't change... ever
2. If you go to "spectate" at about the time you want to race you can see which leagues are racing, the number of cars in the league and the average reputation points.
3. If you move leagues then you go into the same tier as the league you left. I.e. if you are pro you'll go over to pro and the same with elite. Beware though, there are huge financial penalties and your design will reset to just about nothing. So make sure when you move that it's a league you want to remain in for a while.
