At the moment, each driver has 5 setup chances before each race. In my opinion these are a bit few. Sometimes not even after 5 setup I find the perfect one. Ok there is a chance to buy the perfet setup, but this is the easy way out.

So what I suggest is that as from the next season the setups are doubled. As it is, it is impossible to try two different tyres setup.

Tire compound does not affect your setup values. Change your compound as you dial in your setup.

5 laps per car is more than enough, especially with a 2 car team.

Ok fine, but the tyres do affect the race if you chose the wrong ones. However, what I cannot understand is that most managers go for the SS even in warm and hot weather conditions and have a good race.

Weather condition does not effect the tire whatsoever, hot weather means that the SS will have high temperature and keeping the temperature of that SS will be harder than SS in cold or cool weather. And that also means the managers who use SS in those conditions can either use push level 1 or 2 to lower the temperature and that also can benefit them to save a little bit of tire wear and save really little fuel so they will have less stops. So in conclusion Weather doesn't affect tire,Use Push level 1 or 2 to save tire life and really little fuel to make less stops to save less time to have a good race.Bet you won't understand.LOL

The way set ups work, over time you will gain experience in what makes the perfect set up. Drivers at lower levels will not deliver the most accurate feedback.

Utilize the resources in game like the Notes feature to record simple data like what set up each driver had four each race. Then, in the following season, utilize that data as the starting point.

That's as much as I'll reveal about set ups.

I am not that stupid as you think.

I was thinking we should be allowed as many as you want, but pay per lap, so if you get perfect set up first time, you pay less - that would be more realistic.
