I have a question
What penalties i get when im try to leaving a league in the end of season??

If you switch between the seasons, aka after the last race and before the first race in the new season, there is technically no penalty. Although there is kind of a bug which means your car in the new league is really bad aka very few design points. The good news is because of that you get usually extra points at the start of the second season in the new league.
