Hi there. I have noticed 3 things and am going to mention them before I forget.
1) iOS + website. I have reached level six but in my headquarters the Technology building is still locked saying I need to reach level 5.
2) iOS. After a race is finished, I am unable to fix my car or train my drivers. It tells me my cars/drivers are active in a race, which is not the case. When I log into the website there is no issue.
3). From my brother (Tom A), twice he has not been able to practice/race one of his two drivers, only one of his cars is entered in a race. Is this a bug or something user related we haven't figured out in the game?

Hi Chris, I saw this thread earlier but only just realised I hadn't replied.
1) This occurs when you have a construction project ongoing, it's just a misleading display, but you have access to them when it is complete. I will make this make more sense soon.
2) Is this directly after the race? But it is okay a little while after? Or always after the race in teh app?
3) Do you have a link to the races where this happened? Someone else reported this today and I found something which may be related and fixed it, but it also might not be the cause of this. Let me know if it happens again also.

Thanks, Jack! You are on top of things, I appreciate that.
1) I see, I am in construction on another project. Thanks for the fix! However, I would have expected it to be different. For example, I am building Design. I can still hover over Manufacturing, it changes the cursor and highlights the box. But the cursor does not change nor is there a highlight for the Technology. I would have expected the text to disappear, and be able to highlight the box after reaching level 5, while still seeing the text and not be able to highlight the Youth Academy which is locked until level 7. It's not necessary, but just stating what I would have expected in case you want to go further in this fix.
2) It's directly after the race, sometimes even a couple of hours after. Yesterday it happened on the website and didn't fix itself until I closed out the website and restarted. I don't remember if restarting the app fixed it in the iOS version. I will get back to you on that.

#1 will have to wait for now. Got too much else to focus on
#2 might be improved/fixed now with the server upgrades we did today. Let me know if it happens again.
#3 I investigated this a few days ago. I found code that could cause it in theory and changed how it worked. As this race was before those changes, I'd say in this case as well let me know if it happens again, otherwise I'll asume it's fixed. The whole situation was quite hard to pinpoint though, because I wasn't reproducing the issue, just assuming where it happened. Hopefully that assumption was correct.
