My friend is facing a problem in logging in from quite a long, kindly help him

If Facebook is linked to his account he could try signing in with it.

Enter email address or try name with no space.

I never use my username to login I alway use my email. Sorry I unable to help

found it Team name is username

Maybe not I can log into this account with team name but not my other

The screenshot shows he is trying to login by entering his full name. Names are not used as usernames, because they are not unique.

Ask him to login using the email address associated with his account. If he registered with Facebook then he should be pressing the "Sign in with Facebook" button and not "Sign in with iGP Manager".
