Hi everyone, some good news tonight. We've get extra capacity set up for live races. It should mean more reliable connections and quicker joining when loading a race.

Let us know how it goes so we can tweak it if there need to be further adjustments. Of course, we have plenty of data on our side, but it doesn't always catch everything you experience.

We are also working hard on a solution to get races starting on time. The delays are caused by the high amount of demand being placed on the service.

Race viewer loading times are slower not quicker for me. Still has a bit of stopping and starting when there is a few cars pit.

Same here, was not quicker but didn't have any error joining today. For me, stable is more important than quick.

I was fine on wifi - san antonio 4g sucks... it's better in Manhattan with more people or the country side with no one..someone hasn't invested in bandwidth much. So i'm happy so far with the experience

Web Browser I was talking about.
Used to fly through the downloading data and go right to running.
Now it's downloading data slowly, stop, downloading data slowly, stop, running.
Loading resources and connecting to server and negotiating is the same speed it has always been.

Really need you to put the Go to Race button back to 9:25pm for our league. you have it delayed to 9:28pm but race start is not delayed by the time we get connected is half way through lap 3 or just starting it.

Would likely help a little doing some cleaning. Also auto deleting of accounts would help a little, if they where unused for a solid 2months, get booted from game completely to free up some space.

I don't think account deletion is the way to go. Some people have hard knocks and if they spent any money, they can't just lose their money like that.

I think the real issue is about server overload, there is a lot of races running at the same time especially in the evening and when in the past qualifying was always finished before XX:25 it now takes up to XX:28 or even more. This is why we cannot open/load a race in time because the qualifying is still running but when qualifying is over the race viewer doesn't take more time than before to open.

Yes, I agree. Luckily they don't have to be deleted, they could be auto-booted from leagues. Once that happened those teams would be dormant and just use some space in the database but don't need computing power for race calculation.

Little bit freeze since long time for me when its my race (if i view race of other leagues no issue).
There is regular lag just before the DRS zone which force me to KERS before that lag to catch up to get drs but usually go useless as the front manager can catch my kers and get away from drs distance and it happens with all my of my team at various network (checked even on 60mbps connection as well)

I noticed this as well. A preferred spot for lag or short freezes is the DRS zone once cars entering it. Another one is cars, especially more than one, hitting KERS, including my own. It's frustrating loosing DRS because of that.

Trust me I was thinking its only my system or network which is creating problem, thank god m not alone, I was worried how to sort out this issue, now we together can raise our voice lol, thanks Daniel

today in our league
https://igpmanager.com/app/d=result&id=1933482&tab=race

2 disaster bug bite 2 of manager, 1 is myself and another one fellow manager N Llens.
N's driver din pitted, and eventually retired.
Mine, one driver pitted in spite I canceled the pit as I that driver was having sufficient fuel to complete that lap.. this I ignored and tried to comeback in race.
Then on the second last lap suddenly the pitting for mine driver 2 started blinking, and surprise of me the cancel pitting was not active, fuel was sufficient (can check below image captured at the last turn before pit) and this driver was surely winning the race, but he pitted

This pit cost that driver loss of 6 place instead 7 place as he was going to win for sure.

at the same circuit last season i won the race by entering into pit at last minute although was having sufficient fuel and bit of kers as well and might had won the race in fare manner as well.
Is it a problem of this track/ circuit as there is a problem of drs in 2nd lap itself in spain.
Jack can you check this turkish gp why these bugs are biting and affecting the results in such a way, loosing 6 or 7 place as well chance of race win is a big issue basically he lost 21 crucial points

It might be a problem especially at this track. Something in the layout that triggers the false pitting. In the screenshot it actually says 'Pitting in 1.2 laps'. The cancel pit not working makes it double bad luck though.

On an unrelated note, the world is small. N has a team in the league my team is driving in as well and your driver is actually J (in the race table nothing more of his name was shown) who drove for Nelson for a few races.

Right Daniel, its really very small world, would love to race in MJL (League of Legends) but its timing is very odd as per my countries time so only can witness on Saturdays.
and Yes I found J {Jonathan Jameson Dreyton-Wildermore his full name) all 20's but less experienced and grabbed em , later saw he also raced in MJL from Nelson's team.
also grabbed one more all 20's but later found too heavy to handle and no scope of reducing his wt. as he was too much found of junk food ;)

Regarding this track it really shows weird action many times and yesterday witnessed 3 of them 2/3 victim was mine drivers.
it is kinda real F1 scenario wer driver suffers bad luck. Lol and some times good luck as Brijesh said won the race by entering the pit lane, where Aaron has complain that he could had won that race
