Is something wrong with the objectives? For the last few races I've had the objective: Finish the race. This used to be To get a top 10 position. With my improved car/driver I'd have expected the objectives to be increasingly tough if anything.

The devs have a lot on their plates.... People getting a money little to easy is probably not high on their list of concerns, specially since so many people complain how hard it can me to make money...

For the moment at least I would be very sure they are more concerned about anything that might stop the game from running etc.

Only one person looks at this forum and only then he admits it's half arsed. Defend it all you like it's awful service. I've acknowledged that they're busy before, it doesn't excuse it though.

Objectives really are broken. I have had the objective of "finish 1st" at least four times this season when the best I have ever done is 7th and I am four levels lower than most of the teams in the league. I lose money when this happens and it is not fair.

OK, that's bad. As long as everyone gets the bonus it didn't matter much. But if player not only still have objectives but even unreachable ones it's not fair at all.

Tell me about those bigger fish please. I've lost 6 million in game money. They can probably fix this with one hour of research. A bug is still a bug. They could at least say "hey we hear you."

Objectives should be based on sponsor.. Kf you have the big bonus low income then the objective should be finish forst.. If have high income low bonus it should be to finish the race.. But yes all i get is finish race.. But the gsme runs smoothly which os what i care about most

I'm looking in to this now, sorry for the delay. Obviously, nobody except us can speak for what we consider a priority, but I consider this to be very serious and I am looking in to it now. There has definitely been something unusual going on with objectives lately and I've got some data in front of me now where I can reproduce the issue (from René's last race) so I will work off of that.

I found a problem with the code and I think it should be fixed for tonight's races. Sorry about this. There was a missing space in one line of code between two words which was causing a loop to not work, and it was the one which set objectives.

Jack, no need to be sorry about the bug, the people that grassed us up are the one's that should be apologising LOL.
I've still somehow managed to lose £22m in half a season despite receiving my objective bonus every race :-(

Its your drivers man! your spending 2.7mil per race on drivers when you could spend 800 to 900k per race with trained drivers from your YDA

Haha. It's not just my active drivers, my reserve driver and two reserve CDs probably aren't helping the situation :-P
My excuse is that I'm competing against a manager who has four accounts in the top six of the HOF, all of his drivers are 20 across the board so I don't think a newbie from my youth academy would stand a chance.
Actually, come to think of it my current drivers don't stand a chance anyway so you're correct Don, I might just as well accept the fact I'm not going to beat him and save some money.

I'm happy because of the time stamp between Jack's first post and the found the solution post. One hour. I'm such a pain in the ass good guesser.
Strange thing is, I actually had a positive balance after the races in which I lost my bonuses because my drivers were red stars so I hired a one star Doctor. First time I have ever been in the black.

I have found that I experience appears to have no real impact. My exp 15 driver only finished 1 point ahead of my exp 7 driver over the entire season this year. And I made sure not to deploy any "team orders" etc.

I trained my current "second driver" Rossi to all 20's with the exception of exp in around a season, and only then deployed him as driver. He has done very well and I am seeing my money balance doing pretty well this way.

i think some tracks are different and exp comes into play
