Depends on temp, but soft10-s9-s9 works

Trail and error.

Think this is the way the TD would put it:

25% Race
Hard 1 stop
Med 2 stop
Soft 3 stop
SS 4 stop

50% Race
Hard 2 stop
Med 3 stop
Soft 4 stop
SS 5 stop

100% Race
Hard 3 stop
Med 4 stop
Soft 5 stop
SS 6 stop

But once you find the tyre wear percentage in practice for the race distant you will have a better idea of the tyres, then you can workout a game plan.
You might want to do a short stint on SS or S then switch to 2 stops on H or M... The combinations of tyres are endless and to be honest there is no right or wrong answer. What works for one team might not work so well for another team.

And all depends also on how easy a type of tires remains at right temp...

Not so much as it is a high wear track even at low temps if you have a nice car design you can still pull out so great lap times on harder compounds as you can raise the push level

With the high tyre wear, high pit duration, 24/28C temperature and my experience I would say 1 stop S/H is the best here but if a good qualifying doesn't matter (in rookie/pro) M/H or H/H can do better. The most important is to do your own experiments and find what works best for you.

its usually hot here, i usually do 2 x 14 lap stints on Hards or Mediums depending on the weather temperature.
