Red Exclamation against TD

Hi

Would anyone know why my 54 year old TD, would have a red exclamation mark against him ?

He is contracted for 46 races.

I have checked mail, but can't see anything there.

Could it be a warning that he is due to retire ?

If so anyone know at what age a TD would retire ?

I have the same problem for my first driver. My first driver is 21 and has a contract for 46 races.

If they are set to retire, it is a red outline of an analog clock next to the number if races remaining in their contract.

Did either of you recently replace staff/drivers ?

I think I changed my TD a season or 2 ago.

No sign of an analogue clock.

There seems to be a bug somewhere. Please double check all other contracts. Some people mentioning this wrong exclamation mark noticed someone elses contract was expiring but did not have this mark, or suddenly lost staff/driver due to a (probably) expired contract.
