Hi guys, I have this question. Does drivers lose some of their attributes after some time?

In the past we had this driver atrophy which means old drivers lose quickly their skills.

But nowadays it is disabled:
I had a 40+ years driver in "new iGP" who kept 20 in all attributes for ever.
