What is the best strategy in Monaco?

The strategy that gets you to the finish line before everyone else...
In all seriousness though, it dependSS on your race distance and weather. What do you think would be a good strategy? Part of the fun and challenge is figuring it out for yourself. In addition, strategy in 1 league may not work in another due to the level of competition and relative skill level of the drivers, and development level of the cars.
As for a strategy forum or thread, there really isn't any...partly for the reasons I mentioned.

To slither like a snake in Monaco, you need the best tyres, and trust me, I know the bestest tyres.

The Tortoise and the Hare springs to mind. Do you want slow and steady or fast with lots of breaks in between?
If your car is 0.653 slower than the best car then it doesn't matter what tyre you use your still not gonna finish first lol
