Since the start of the new season both my cars keep pitting on the last lap, outwith recieving any instructions from me. Please help.

If your driver has only a very nominal amount of fuel left, above the average, he will pit for safety, because he fears to run out.

Check how much fuel they have left. Its probably that.

Your technical directors instructions are for 'consistency'. So if you use 'push' or 'all out' then you will use more fuel and therefore pit in the last lap.
Inexperienced drivers will pit to be 'safe' too.
