Is there ever going to be a way to put a certain amount of parts to a car instead of being forced to fully fix cars?
If not, then what do you do when you want to save parts but the car progressively breaks anyway? Does the game take the same parts anyway?
And regarding reliability, I really CAN NOT understand why I still lose parts every race with 100 reliability (I'm at the maximum HQ level too), stops me from going fast tbh...
...I don't want to sound annoyed or anything, I just wanted some things cleared up before I go wasting money on the wrong things.

It's not possible to have the car HALF FIXED in order to save parts.
100 reliability doesn't mean that the car is unbreakable!
If someone tested some different levels of reliability and car wear, it would be nice to be shown :)

Is the design building max level too?

Hi Leo, in the app version of iGP Manager you can get parts for free with video ads. I think the limit is something like 10 parts per day, but that should be more than enough to meet most needs.
To more directly respond to your requests, I'd like to hear more clearly what would you like to change and how? Maybe it's something we can look in to.

@Gustavo: I know the car will still degrade after a race even with 100 reliability. I'm just frustrated that after my additional 17 parts I'm still losing out.
@James Greer: My design building is also max level. I think that hurts your reliability so that could be a factor
Thank you Jack for the advice on saving parts. I just wish parts were not as expensive as they were, considering 10 tokens (at least four races of saving) will get you 10 parts, but that will last a race; 10 tokens will get you ten engines and will last you ten races. So maybe 10 tokens for 30 parts would be more fair...

Leo. It's not about saving parts, it's free parts available on the App for viewing adverts. I have gone from losing a lot of parts over a season to breaking even or even making a small increase on parts store.
This is the deficit I was running about two seasons back. You can see that dp in reliability seems to have little effect on the number of parts used in a race.

Perhaps we need to increase the effect of reliability. Is it not having much impact?
James Greer medal 5000 7 years 172 days ago
My car currently, level 20 finishes the season with minus 10 parts. But the suppliers I used before I was breaking even lost only 1 part a season. Do the suppliers and the way you build the car matter?

Perhaps at the highest levels (18-20?) It would require having the car reliability above 90 for half the season to break even on parts for a season. Then 14(this is the lowest elite level right?)-18 would maybe need to have it above 80 or 75 for half the season. That way lower levels in a tier could focus on building their car for speed to counter the higher level teams that now would need to worry about running out of parts.
Repeat for pro and rookie accounting for maximum development level in each tier.
Edit: Monza and the bumpiest tracks should still continue to tear up the cars more than the rest
James Greer medal 5000 7 years 172 days ago
Gods law the faster the car the more parts you use. So if you pick all acceleration suppliers you are gonna have higher parts bills?

Elite Cars Reliability
1-49 high wear (red)
50-70 medium wear (gray)
71-100 low wear (green)
Pro car Reliability. But I dont know the numbers lol
1-37 high wear (red)
38-55 medium wear (gray)
56-80 low wear (green)
Rookie Car Reliability, Again dont know the numbers but its not far wrong
1-24 high wear (red)
25-39 medium wear (gray)
40-60 low wear (green)

Hmmm. I like your James, but perhaps it is based on level, not tier.
Make the gray zone at or 5 points below the max points of the tier below. So gray for a level 15 would go up to 75 or 80. If they fall to pro, then they face the challenge extra repairs. Same if a pro level driver relegates to rookie, which is about what you show already
James Greer medal 5000 7 years 172 days ago
57% is Green in pro
At the very beginning it was all done by level and it didn't go so well because it mean lower cap cars with fast drivers was faster than high cap cars lol

It is indeed not making any noticeable impact.
