where do you have to look how many time you spend in pit lane?

Hello, im new and i wish know what i have to do to know how many time our pilot will spend in the pit lane to see if the gap with the pilot behind me is enough or i have to wait some laps more.

Gap time on the leaderboard tells you how far ahead/behind you are, every track is different for pitstops but if you allow 23 seconds you should come out ahead unless a tyre/fuel hoes gets stuck.
