How do you go about purchasing someone in the marketplace?

I was wondering how do you actually go about and purchase someone that is listed in the marketplace?

I see some of them and there link to view them. However all the link allows me to do is view the profile or the driver or staff member (name, team, attributes, stats and contract) and that is it.

Trying to figure out if I find someone I like how do you go about and acquire them?

So when you look in the contract tab and there is nothing for Bid or Buy option and it just has contract terms, length and cost per race. Does that mean the person is no longer available then and someone already bought the person for the initial link when someone placed them in the marketplace?

yes if they are in a team that is what you will see, if you have them shortlisted, and their contract expires or the team puts them in up for auction, you will get mail telling you, if you are fast enough you can get them for 3 tokens before they go onto the market for anyone to grab.

Very cool if you happen to have or get another young talent 20 driver in my level let me know and I will add him and start training him/her up and maybe I will be able to actually win some races eventually. You don't happen to have any really good TD or CD by chance?

I have a lovely TD and CD but they staying put, someone has to catch me out on a friday night when their contracts expire to pinch them from me lol

Getting back to the TD and CD, when you get them are they what they are? So whatever there ratings are that is what they are (fixed) or do they change and get better with each race and season? Since there is no training to do for them, I do not know if they get better as time goes on as well or if you just need to hire someone better in order to get better TD or CD? Thanks again and I will work finding you on a Friday night as they contracts expire and I distract you as I hire them :-P

you have to bid. every bid costs one coin. if no-one bids the driver is yours. if someone bids you both go to level 2. you also have an opportunity to buy it now for money + 9 coins...
