Just a simple question guys what do you prefer in training mentality or driving ability? And why?

Physical 100% first, then keep mental & driving ability as equal as possible instead of doing all one area first and then the other. For consistency.

Why physical in the first place? Is it also important for a rookie?

Because physical reduces weight. If you train everything else first it can take forever to get the divers weight down.

Does training physical also increase stamina? Also what is the 'Ideal' weight we should want for our drivers?

Yes physical training increases stamina. In my opinion (which doesn't necessarily mean it's correct) you should keep training physical until stamina is 20 AND weight reduces to 51 Kg for a male driver or 46 Kg for a female driver.

Even thoigh my drivers driving stats are full of 2's and 3's?

doesnt matter if they are 1 talent or 20 talent without stamina they are of no use even with 20 for everything else.

The physical stats such as stamina and weight do not make your drivers level up as fast compared to training driving and mental stats. This is why it is wise to max the physical stats first, because when your drivers' level goes above your manager level, they will train very slowly. You can max your drivers' physicals when they are at levels 5 or 6, to put it in perspective.

Stamina is important for conserving the health % of your drivers, which affects their performance on track and also how much you can train them. Low weight used to matter much more in the old iGP but it's probably worth still training.

But I use training from 100 to 0 and then refilling with 5%/hour. And gaining training for drivers but when it reaches 100 something is growing +1 for the driver and it seems to me it's random. How can I choose what to develop - as physical for eg as you said?

If you are only using the app it is not as intuitive as desktop. Go to the training page and push the grey button with two arrows that sits between the two green buttons that say "Heal" and "Train". You will then see the buttons that allow you change the training focus.

I need someone tell me what star rating & the level the driver becomes. Then tell me if the driver is faster or slower than a driver of the same level that has training past their experience level. I not asking for much.

Driving ability - Train everything up to the drivers talent. For example if 11T make everything else in that section 11.
Mental train - Have everything equal to experience. For example if 6 exp make everything else 6
Physical - Stamina 20 & weight whatever you want.

The real reason I asking is because I was looking at race results on my other team & I happen to spot a few faster lap times with an old driver who was built up the way i asked above.
