I want to create my own league since the league i am currently in has no competition at all, i have won every championship without struggle and it is just boring so i want to go away at the end of the current championship.
But i have a few questions:
-Do i get a penalty for going to another league? Even if it's at the end of a season? this troubles me a lot because i wouldn't like to get punished just to go to another league.
-What would the penalty include? I am also worried about this because this isn't explained in the rules & regulations tab. Would i lose all my design points and have to do everything again from start? I want to be competitive, i don't want to get lapped the whole time by everyone.
Please answer me as fast as possible because i don't want to be in another boring season.

You're on the right track. Entering a league means you start with a bad car. If you enter at the start of a season it's got only basic points as if you had no decent CD at all, if you join later into the season you get some points to spend but nowhere near enough to match those of active managers. So it's still better to join at the start of the season because with spying and managing your design points (not spending them until you finished with spying on an attribute) will enable you to catch up in the second half of the season.

Leaving a league gives no penalty at the end of a season. In the middle of a season you'll have to pay quite a lot of your money.

Its 10% i believe in middle of season.. Free at end.. But if you can find a conpetitive league itll be worth switching even if it take a season to catch up
