Bad top speed

Hey,

My top speed is much lower then other drivers. Last race i finished 1st and 2nd. Very nice result, but my top speed was around 308 KPH, were the most drivers had 325-340KPH. What is the reason? The tyres strategy? Is my car not good enough? Or a combination?

You might have less acceleration points than others, the car is hitting the speed trap at lower top speed. Some tracks that actually matters too, you dont want to be pinging the rev limiter for too long down the straight.

Check for a Honda engine under the bonnet :P

My acceleration points are almost the same as the best team. So that's not the problem i think.

Maybe just a little issue on the game itself, for me personally, i wouldn't care my top speed whether is 308 or 218 KPH, as long as my team could finish good on a competitive league, ill take it
