As is, it's kind of qualifying practice 3 laps fuel, just need to add a check box, to do race trim practice 9 laps fuel. It would give a better indication of race pace, but at the same time, make you have to still do a spot of calculating yourself, as fixed rate push level and race day tyre wear and fuel would be slightly different.
There are many things we could add, but how would you propose the interface would look for this? Particularly on phones where there is not much space on the screen.
My only idea at the moment would be to remove the tyres under the practice button, and add some kind of settings/configuration button next to the test run button. Within this a popup appears containing tyres and fuel.
A lil calculating yourself is not so bad. But than you have atleast a little idea about the lap times and which tyre/pitstop strategy best fitts for you. Or what has to be the best strategy in theory ( in real race can be different under different circumstances).
As it is now i have to put how many fuel i will take with me and hope i choosed the right amount and dont lose to many time for take 5 litres extra for can go 2 laps futher, as example.
A popup with appearing tyres and fuel its a good idea.
Or add on practice screen a colom for how much fuel you will use in practice. Only yes than in the bottom of the screen there is not much space left i realize now. Than would be a pop-up button a good idea.

Visually simple?
All your code writing in the back ground is the messy & hard part :P
What is the point of the first colom in practice result? Because its always 1 to 5 ( from bottom to up). And there you see which tyres you used but would it be hard to create a colored underline? Or its something we dont want?
If that's possible you can remove the first colom and re-use for a short/ mid-distance / long stint?
@ jason, more difficult? If it will be something like james his picture. Than it give you only the option to practice with more fuel or stay like the "standard" 3 laps fuel.
This will give you an idea how you need to plan your race. In real they make also a startegy for one or 2 stop. How will you know what will be worth when you don't have any data and without put your driver in 2 different strategy or with other words to give up 1 driver.

Well it might even make it a lot easier just having long stint data always
Based on the data i used above
9lap stints
SS 0% high wear track shouldnt be using SS anyways :P
S 50%
M 63%
H 75%
