Leveled, the TD i purchased previously dropped from 70% to 60% power. Went and found a TD that was higher in stats/stars, bought it outright, 69% power..... that was sad waste of tokens. Can there be a preview of the research power provided?
No but what they are saying is as ypu level up research gets harder by lowering research power... So it has everything to do with tou level up and 70% is an unattainible number.. Leveling up will never make your reasearch percent higher..

We give you that but to have a point why this addition would provide an actual improvement for the game instead just something you'd just like personally you need to post a reason. So far not many seem to see any use for it and just as more clutter in the interface without actual value. Based on that the devs hardly could be convinced to spend the resources to do it. So why would you like it?
What you wrote above, as people pointed out, is just normal progression and why an increase of 9% to 69% is a total waste of token just because it's not 70% remains a complete mystery.
The purpose is very clear - to see what the % of research power you will have before you make a purchase. There is no more clearer reason. Please don't distract the point of this post with game mechanics in regards to leveling. That was simply the scenario that initiated the request.
Hehehehehe, another good person giving performance suggestion
Just quickchecking you Jordon, i see you're at level 9, with level 9 TD, level 6 CD, and level 5 DR
Its been clear in this game that team research power is an average of stars your TD+CD combined respective to your level,
so if my calculations is correct...
Your TD research rating is 4,5 stars
Your CD research rating is 3 stars
Combined you got 3,75 star worth of research on your team, i could see that you have 3,5 stars or 4 stars above your research button,
Your suggestion about seeing percentage before you buy is somewhat not needed (no hard feeling Jordon, dont blast me okay) because its already exists, but in "research star" language...
My suggestion is to hire CD with level 9 also, so your research star will be better, and about percentage, yeah nevermind, just focus when you got highest CD and TD possible to your level, so that is the best for your team,
Much other things to learn in this game Jordon beside research, but surely, tokens never lie, and nothing such as wasteful token when you spend it right..
Greetings from me Jordon, your fellow level 9 manager :)
You're still distracting from the point and ignoring the painfully obvious. I can go through the 5 star rated individuals and they have different stats.
I want to be able to see what the Research Power I will have. Plan and simple. Stop distracting from the point.
Well you are distracting from rhe point that this is something that im sure will not be integrated as it is not needed... Have a good day.. PS. Hope this didnt distract from the obvious

A CD with 18 Talent, 16 experience & 20 morale with 5 stars is just the same research strength as a CD with 20 talent, 20 exp & 20 morale with 5 stars.
At the start it used to be all about the individuals stats but it got changed to just the star ratings, to make it easier. All that matters is you find the highest star rating staff member you can get you're hands on to get the best possible gains in research.
What everyone has be trying to point out is research in the low levels is higher than research in the high levels, the closer you get to level 20 the less research strength you have. lvl 20 - 40% R&D is the highest (single selection) & 5% is the lowest (Everything selected) with 5 star CD & TD
