Track wont load.

Hi,
After the latest maintenance, track wont be load during race & spectate. Ive tried reinstall the game, but problem still persist. Works fine before the maintanence. Im playing on Android.

Is there a certain track that won't load. We are trying to locate why you are having an issue and this information would be good

@ Muhammad - Give this a try:

Go to Settings and tap on Application Manager (in some devices it will be called Apps) There you will be able to see all installed apps, just tap on the desired app and it will lead to its details (iGP Manager). There you can see the total space taken by cache and a button to clear it. Just tap on Clear cache and it will be completely removed.

Or this:

You can also completely clean cache from all your apps using Android’s built-in settings. To clear cache of all apps at the same time, just go to Settings menu and there tap on Storage. There you will see your total storage and other useful information related to storage such as Used space, System memory and Available space, etc. You will also be able to see the option of “Cached data” just tap on it and a pop up will show up saying “This will clear cached data for all apps” just tap “OK” and it will be cleared.

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. BTW, the problem has solved. All I did was change the race view quality to low (Im not sure what it does). Change back to very high, all good. (Maybe Im not aware that my phone had automatically did the cleared cache)

Track that missing is Malaysia and China.

Are those tracks still missing? It'll be good to know if you can find a race to spectate to see with those tracks.

Glad to hear it was okay, changing the viewer to low setting makes the viewer load in a different lower res texture for the track you want to view, doing what you did must of cleared the cache of the broken for some reason image and load in the lower one in place and going back again cleared the cache for that texture back to the higher res one.

Interesting solution to the problem we can at least investigate why this happened in the first place and try to address any issues. I also believe this was a one off coincidence that this happened the same time the maintenance happened, it may well of been that you were trying to load the viewer while we were in that state which caused the mis-load of the original texture but again we will have to investigate further on that front.

British iGP is the only track I'm aware of that doesnt have very high resolution track it's still the track from old iGP. Load the game I think in medium quality, i think is better for mobiles uses less of your data connection when out and about.
