Have either of you tried clearing the cache? Have you tried logging in from a different device? If using the app when this happened, have you tried switching to the mobile browser? The numbers should populate properly

Hi, it's not random, it's peak times and we know exactly what the cause is and are hoping to launch a fix tomorrow.
It's a bottleneck in terms of capacity. There is a huge amount of demand right now. I would recommend reloading the race page, it might have updated with times. I think the issue is the times are not returning fast enough (too much latency) due to the strain on the servers.
