If you're connected to wi-fi, have you tried over a mobile data connection?

it works on the phone but not on the computer.... strange

Several people had this issue once or twice in a given period within the past year.
The best possible explanation I've been able to provide is with how often an internet service provider caches websites to load them faster, but then don't update the caches as often.
