Prize money is weird

Don't understand prize money.

Got the same amount finishing 1st or 4th. Late race I got almost nothing with 4th position...

Hi Pat, your race objectives are usually dependent upon your most recent race ending positions. If you were doing pretty terribly for a few races, your race objectives are easier to meet if you suddenly improve. They then adjust in response to your improvement. If you are doing great then suddenly do terrible, they will adjust to that performance.

It's not exactly prize money. It's the bonus money from your sponsors for reaching a target that gets adjusted for every race. So for that latter race you might've missed that with 4th place due to better positions in the races before, but then it would be exactly nothing, or perhaps different sponsors.
