My technical director changed without me doing anything!

I had a level 8 TD and it has changed person and level even though there were still races left on the contract with my original TD.

She has been in the team since the 29th.
Was she on the reserves list and jumped in as active TD position by herself or did the level 8 TD's contract end on the 29th?
