Hi

I have a few suggestions, how to make the game, more even for everybody.

Training:
As it is today, we can train our driver after every race, which is a huge advantage for those having races every day, but a less advantage for those only having races few times a week. And for people who wants to change league in the middle of a season for examble, this can be like starting all over, if moving from a league with a few races, to a league with races every day.

My suggestion is, to make for examble 3 - 4 fixed training days a week, not depending on how many races you attend. The training of the drivers would then be more even for all, also in thought of eventual races across the leagues.

Pricemoney:
As it is today, we earn money by fullfilling our individually achievements for every race, and earn money by how many members there are in the league. And for people in a league with many members, will earn quite more, than people in leagues with only few drivers.

My suggestion is, to make a fixed amount pr achievement, for examble 750.000 - 1.250.000, not depending how many members there are in the league, you're in. This would also make it more even for all, also in thought of eventual races across the leagues.

And there could maybe be some symbollic pricemoney, for winning Drivers championship, Team championship, finishing in top 10, etc.

Just a few thoughts, from me ;)

Regarding prize money thats alreayd done and as far as i know the reason it was changed was because you could setup your own league and make as much money as you want if you are the only member in that league. Also the problem right now as i see it is people tend to set up too many empty leagues. the way it is now is more of a deterent away from that situation than how it used to be and how you are suggesting.

Regarding training then imo thats just perks of doing more races in a week.

We have many leagues because everyone has to choose the best time / day of racing to adapt to real life.

He was in the Super Series and when I came, I saw that was already full. I opened another with almost the same characteristics, but only one more player join (because we have very few active players).

That is, that it took to come after the full reset, I will be forever harmed by the game system that was created .... do not think it's fair.

Driver Training suggestion is a very good one,But a bit difficult to implement.

About Prize Money,I surely accept with giving prize money for winning Championships,Promotions,Top 10.

I disagree with the driver training suggestion.

I have/do partake in a league that races once per week, and yes, in a sense this puts me at a disadvantage against people who race more often. However that is my choice to race in such a league and race at such a pace. What is important in my opinion is that throughout a season there is the same level of progression. A whole season experiencing a fraction of the development of another season doesn't make sense to me.

What matters to me is I race in a league that suits my ability to commit and goes at a pace of my liking. I'm not bothered about "racing" other managers to certain levels of development or rankings or driver levels on a global level, but that I compete in a league with like-minded managers.

It's just like any other game: people who spend more time on it get further. As long as there is the oppurtunity for people of different abilities/experience to race with people on a similar footing, then it's all good in my opinion.
