What is the impact of talent during races for a pilot? This cannot be improved so I'm wondering how important this is.

Hi Ionutz,

The longer you play and as you move into hard leagues it becomes very important. I am not sure of the exact mechanics, but many people see it almost as a multiplier of the rest of your drivers skills.
