What is the importance of Talent? Is it a multiplier of all other skills? How much?
see what i learnt from other champions till level 12 dun go for 20 tal driver instead manage with drivers with higher driving ability but once u in elite and fighting with giants for point then u need tal and driving ability to be full i.e. 20
regarding ur question of talent, what u said is some sort of correct not exactly multiplier instead say if ur having ability [driving skill mental skill and health] and dun have talent to use, then the drivers performance differs from those who is having 20 talent
