The lag today was insane - it made the game almost unplayable. You would lose half a lap in lag. And, for some reason, it was only in Elite in our league! Myself and an couple other guys stream Elite and Pro races together (as we have teams in both) and Pro ran pretty smooth but the lag in Elite just destroyed the race.
It basically meant that, for much of the race, we didnt gain any benefit from actually being in attendance, as you couldnt strategically use KERS as it lagged so badly!
Common guys - the lag and the no practice issue today just wasnt good enough!

I had this problem with lag this morning at a 10am race :(
@Nath - the reason only one tier might be effected is because not all the races, even in the same league, are run on the same server. So Elite might lag to hell, but rest might be ok.

also lag was really bad for me leauge game unplayable. and what with practise igp was a joke tonight.

Can confirm lag & freezes in Everyone Welcome league in the middle of the race.

Sorry to hear that. I am back online now and at my new home, but the move is still very much in-progress with things being delivered and assembled daily. I will be able to begin assisting again properly from next week, but will look in to this and the other issues from tonight with any time I get.

Tonight's lag is beyond a joke, the game is unplayable. The periods are so extended that there is no way to decide strategy, this was made worse by the fact that the setup wouldn't work before hand, either returning an error or posting no details, but taking runs away. This can't wait a week to be fixed, too many people will leave.
