Training?

Hi, i have a driver who is above my level (he is lvl 4 and i am niveau 3). But he is only 20 years old but he isn't gaining from trainings at all. If i train him and my 40 year old driver. They will both gaing just 10-20 xp. How is this possible? Maybe it is cause he is above my level?

Yes, so how quickly you can train a driver is decided by their "star rating".

The "star rating" is their skill compared to your manager level. So a lvl 4 driver will probably appear as 5 star red to you and can only train 3 points each time you hit train. When you rank up to higher levels (which happens quickly at the start) the star rating on the driver will go down and you will get more return each time you hit train.

However, I see also your driver health is only 8 for at least on of your drivers. Each time you hit train is uses health. Once this drops below a certain amount you wont be able to train again till it goes back up (+5 every hour).

But remember, you also need your driver fitness to be high for races, otherwise the slow down more due to being tired.
