Question about Beginner, Pro & Elite

Hey all,

with friends we have a competition. but we have 3 Pro and 4 Beginners. now we don't race against eachothers.

at the end of this season i want all to race eachother.. how can i get this to work?

3 pro managers join other leagues that have just one race left in the season & get relegated to rookie and then rejoin back to the old league again. Fastest way I can think of.

Either to pro drivers split up into different leagues that have demotions active and deliberately do bad so they go down to rookie, or the rookies split up and find weak leagues with promotion and get promoted. Then meet back up and have the host turn off promotion and relegation. You may find that pro is more interesting
