I am new to this game and lvl 3 manager.
My plan is to get young drivers and train them so I can later sell them for nice price, when they become older and not so efficient at traning. The question is, how much is Simulator worth to upgrade (regarding the traning)? Also, what about Doctor, how much does he impact training?
