Can I save my design points for the next season?
No. All unused design points are erased when a new season begins.

How do I train Experience?
Experience cannot be trained. It increases on its own at a rate of .1 per race, or 1 point per 10 races.

How do I train talent? Does talent increase on its own?
You cannot train talent. No, it does not ever change.

Why can I not submit a bid?
This is caused by the type of Internet connection you are on. The local network (University, Employer, Business, Firewall, etc.) you access may be blocking the port number that bids use to operate correctly.
If you are using a PC and cannot bid, but you can bid on the app, perform a hard refresh by pressing the CTRL and F5 keys at the same time. If that does not work, you can try deleting the cache on your browser, then perform a hard refresh again. If you are on a phone, you can try using different Wi-Fi connections to help isolate the issue.

Why am I losing tokens every time I bid?
Each bid costs one token. They do not return to your account if you lose an auction.

Where do I watch qualifying?
Qualifying is not available for viewing.

Why did my staff lose stars?
Stars indicate skill relative your current level. If you're level 10, a level 10 driver or staff is displayed as 5 stars. A driver or staff half your level will have 2.5 stars and so on. As you progress through the game and level up, you may see the star rating of your own drivers and staff decrease. Their skill level has not changed, but your level as a manager has increased relative to them and you are now in a position to get higher level drivers and staff. The star rating acts as a clear way of indicating this to a manager.

Is there prize money awarded at the end of a season?
Prize money is not awarded for constructor's standings. This is to prevent inadvertently penalizing teams that have difficulty placing well in championship standings and widening the financial gap between very successful teams and less successful teams.

I found a translation error. What can I do about it?

I paid for tokens, why did I not receive them?
Please e-mail contact@igpmanager.com with the following information:
1. The receipt you received via e-mail as proof of purchase
2. The e-mail address for your iGP account if there is one
3. Your team name and league name

If your purchase was on iOS and your Apple invoice has not yet arrived via e-mail, please follow the instructions below:

1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. At the top of Settings, tap on your Apple account.
3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
4. At the top of iTunes & App Store, tap your Apple ID e-mail.
5. Tap 'View Apple ID'. NOTE: You may be asked to confirm this by password or Touch ID.
6. Scroll down to tap on Purchase History.
7. Screenshot the purchases you did not receive tokens for and attach them the e-mail to us.

How do I change my manager name?
To change your manager name, please post here.

I lost access to my account, what can I do?
Please e-mail contact@igpmanager.com with the following information:
1. The name of your profile, team, and league of your account you lost access to
2. The e-mail address you'd like to link your account to if it isn't linked to one already

How do I reset my account?
Resetting accounts is not possible. If you’d like to start over, feel free to make a new account. If you registered with an e-mail address, you can change the e-mail address to a different one and re-use the old one.

How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, please e-mail contact@igpmanager.com with the following information:
1. The name of your profile and team of your account
2. The e-mail address linked to your iGP account if there is one

I was charged 19.99 GBP on PayPal for an annual subscription. How do I cancel this and/or get my money back?
You can cancel your auto-pay subscription by reviewing the payment you made to iGP Manager in your PayPal account. Look for "Manage iGP Games Limited payments", then click "Cancel". To get a refund, or if you need further assistance, please e-mail contact@igpmanager.com. Include the e-mail address of your PayPal account for faster assistance.

Somebody is writing and/or sending inappropriate messages/content to me or others. How do I report this?
You can report abusive behavior by e-mailing contact@igpmanager.com with the following information:
1. The name of the profile, team, and league of the abusive player
2. Screenshots of the abusive actions
3. The name of your profile, team, and league, plus e-mail address linked to your iGP account if there is one
