Hello,
can we complete a race without do pit stop? example: race with 14 laps, i start with hard and i complete the race without change tyres or we must do 1 pit stop?

You do not have to do a pit stop and for very short races you might get away with a single stint. For 50% races the fuel load makes the cars too slow.

As far as I know, it is not possible to make pit stops complete faster.

When you find out, let me know how to do it.
I have done pit stops where I had no fuel only tyres & the pit stop still takes 4.5 seconds
I have done pit stops where the car already had 1 litre still in the car and it took 4.5 seconds
So when it says I done a 3.8 second stop. It's just pure luck that I was in the pits on that lap to get a random fast stop.
I'm well over due a messed up pit stop, not seen one in a long time.

Yeah, botched pit stops are rare and I've only ever seen it affect inactive teams or manager who failed to save a setup and strategy.
