Searching the forum

Sorry, but how can i search the forum for two or even more words?
Say, i want to find posts about "buying staff". So i type in search "buy staff" and get nothing.
Though there is a thread called "Can't buy staff" - https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread_1/8080
Maybe there are answers posted already, but i can't find it, because i can't use forum search properly yet. :)
Also, can we use AND/OR special words in search?

I don't think anybody can really provide a proper response to this. I'll ask Jack and see what he says.

I can put some tags when creating a thread.
What is right format for many tags? I must use semicolon or comma or something else?
Can i search for tags too?

I think the correct usage is separate tags with commas, since that's how I do it.

You should be able to search for tags, that is one of the main purposes you can type them in for new threads.

What about first question about usual search for two words?
