Balance Engine Carry Forwarded

If I doesn't use all the engines during my allocated 20 race stint will it be carried forwarded to next 20 race stint?
I bought the engines by token and I feel there might be 2-3 engines I can save and can use in next 20 race.
Please suggest

Should it be clarified to a maximum of 10 engines per car? Or can a 1 car series get 20 engines?

thanks Kevin, that means at every restock it will be 10 engines/ car, 20 for 2 car series.

Yep I have experience with this, don't buy more engines than you can use before the restock otherwise the game will take the extra engines.
e.g. 1 race until restock and you decide to buy 3 engines for 4 tokens because 6tks on 2 engines looks like a rip off. You will use 2 and then expect to have 21 engines after the restock but will only have 20.

... this info I too din knew never required till date, first season in the journey to lvl 18 when I bought 10 engines and it will be finished by the time re-stock happens, thanks for info guys
