In game options London is shown as 0 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which isn't right, becouse London is now in BST (British Summer Time) = +1 GMT. This is misleading and can make new players in the league miss their first race.
It's the same way Microsoft Windows does it. If you click the clock on Windows and go to adjust date/time it will say "UTC+00:00 Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London" even now.
It's best to select on the location instead of the timezone because DST is automatically applied.
