I think it's really giving that much rep and xp... I can say for sure I gained more than 500xp and 300 rep after my race...

Fix pls or else there will be too many managers with 10k rep by the end of the week.

Keep an eye on this please. I think I know why it happened earlier, and just changed some code which will hopefully prevent it. We added detailed logging to the processing of practice, qualifying and race results earlier so we can optimise it all and prevent late race starts. I believe it was linked, especially given the time, but in case it happens again I will need to see more examples to identify the pattern behind it.
