When you have a subscription and pay for 2D and then the system will not let you in, most probably because iGP is to crowded. No fun!

If you have a subscription you will see the race, there is no limit on subscribers who can view a race. We limit trial users only, in order to ensure that there is enough capacity for all subscribers. If anything is stopping you from seeing it, it isn't by design.

What exactly are you seeing? The most likely cause is a problem with Java.
