Can't create accounts on iGP

Hi,

I've tried to create a new account on iGP, but once I registered filling Name, Lastname, e-mail and password, then appears the message saying that the account was created and I should now work on my team, and returns to the login screen.
BUT when I put my login credentials it says that thet user is not found or it is inactive...
Some colleagues also tried and gets the same error.

Também não estou conseguindo criar uma nova equipe, estou tendo o mesmo problema.

Also it is not successful to create a new team, I am having the same problem.
