Free Practice

Hi everyone,

Don't know what's happening but I tried 5 times to record a Free Practice time to check tyres and fuel usage but the time was always 0:00.000, the fuel usage 0.00 and tyres 100%.

I could modify the settings of the car (suspensions, height and wing) and "receive" the feedback from the driver, but nothing more.

Edit: I took a screenshot, if necessary.

This issue happened a lot within the past month and Jack took action to improve the situation.

Seems like I didn't partecipated on that race: I didn't get any research points, no classification for both the drivers, 0 points on the standings, no mail and I can't see the "previous race" on the homepage, just ".... got an impressive win for .... in Turkey"
Anyway the following race everything worked even though i'm the only one who set a time in the FP and the only one who prepared the cars for the race (1st and 2nd at the end, everyone else with medium tyres at the start)

P.S.: i'm translating from italian so i'm not sure if everything has been translated correctly (like research points and similiar)

That's unfortunate. I've seen one or two other instances where players recently weren't able to participate in a race since their drivers didn't perform qualifying at all.

I suspect you won't have this problem again but the information you've given may help pinpoint on finding a solution.
