Help : Wrong car stats at Season Start

I have a Chief Designer with a red attribute weakness as Cooling but on my car for the new season, the red weakness I have been penalised for is Fuel Economy. My driver for reference is below.

I bet your previous season's Chief Designer's weakness was Fuel Economy.

Yeah Blunion, a known bug then? Ah well another season down the drain :(

Not sure if that was sarcasm or you genuinely think this is a bug?

The reason your Fuel Economy is so weak in the current season is because in the previous season, your Chief Designer for that period of time didn't contribute much to Fuel Economy.
