Does the skills of the different suppliers change?
Or will murk allways be the best engine and bridgerock the best tire?

At the moment.
The devs do intend to improve this though with a wider choice etc.

i'm fine because i already had them, but if every1 is using the same, be just as well to only have 1 supplier, good idea would be to edit stats every 30 days or so, or make the best suppliers a lot more expensive that they are, since i can make more in "prize" money from finishing 1 of my 2 drivers than it costs me in engines/fuel/tyres a race

the fact it shows how many people use which suplier is proof enough on who to go with, there should be visible stats for every suplier and a system were only the best teams can get the best supliers as the supliers them self desire big teams to use there engines, tires, fuel etc etc and if the little teams want to use the best parts they have to impress the suppliers with extensive vip/marketing events etc etc to build up a relationship with them for the future.
Also what would be good is the fact that suppliers would like to support a home nation team or a team that has a driver from the same nation as the supplier is based.

I just dont think igp is as extensive with this as other online f1 manager games, the stats and systems used in some site blow igp away and the limited nature of igp seems miles behind others, and dont get me started on the lack of qaulifying.

The whole issue with the suppliers is on the to do list.
Plans for the future may include some of your suggestions Michael and any other ideas that may not have been thought of yet.

I know the devs were looking at the idea of making some tyres more effective in hot climates as opposed to cold for instance, or the same with engines etc.
This would make all the suppliers 'equal' as some would be better for certain contitions than others and we would have to swap around more.

Well that is how i think the game will develope anyway!

i have high hopes as it seems there is plenty of idea's floating about and the devs do seem to be a good bunch of listners.
im hooked on the game so far and with improved features im pretty happy to shell out to subscribe each month, would just love to get under the hood of the game engine and add some of my magic :D

I think that you have to remember that this game has only been released for officially about six months, which is very young compared to a lot of other F1 management games, and the development team is two people at the moment, so in my opinion, they've done a fantastic job.

This game will continue to grow, and you can see that it has a lot of potential. Any 'weaknesses' will be ironed out I'm sure :)

Suppliers don't improve, staff (aport from drivers) don't improve.
