League Promotion Problem

In seasons 1, 2 and 3, promotions occurred exactly like this in the text of the rules of the game, but now in season 4, there is no gold line that indicates the promotion of the rookie category.
This can not be normal, in which case the alloy will stagnate at the point it is now.

I hope someone can help me with this.

Promotion in the Rookie category?

I see a green line right there indicating the Promotion zone is active.



It's possible the tier was not half-full at the time you made your post. A tier must be half-full for promotion to be active.
