New account - Message of damaged car - Practice with error

Hi,
There is an error on my friends account, he creates a brand new one and when he tried to perform a practice lap this happens:
1- Driver says that the car needs to be repaired (remember that is a brand new account, never used, in CAR menu, REPAIR tab all bars are 100% full)
2- Appears an error message when he try to perform a practice lap: "Oops! There has been an error. Please try again". And no matter how many times you try, this error happens again.

Team name: NAM Welwitchias
League: World League

He tried to reinstall the app, access from a browser in a PC and the error appears all the time. Could you please check and solved this issue?

And the first race of the world leaque is finished and i did not race so i already have a disadvantage

For the first problem, your driver complaining about the repairs, can you go to your Drivers & Staff page, click on the Change button, then select your drivers. They should stop complaining. If they don't, let us know.

The practice laps errors are known to occur when the game has a lot of activity going on in a given moment. If you don't have any practice laps available anymore, for the next race where you have practice laps available again, try to run one practice lap several hours before the start of the race. If you get data back, then it will confirm to me that your practice laps were performed when the game is experiencing high activity.

If there are still problems, I will ask Jack to take a look or provide some insight on what to do next. The practice laps is an obvious problem, the game needs to keep expanding its capacity.
