Health regeneration

Hi I have a question about the health regeneration.

Every hour you recieve 5% health. Do you recieve this 5% as well at the moment the race begins.

So if my race starts at 20:00 and I have 95% at 19:45, will I start the race with 95% or 100% ?

Yes, the 5% will be applied right as the hour ticks over.
