(spanish) problem with login by Facebook

Hi, my english es very bad, but i am going trying them.

In spanish (translate at google): buenas tardes. Desde hace 6 días, cuando intento entrar a juego desde la aplicación Facebook (desde el móvil o desde el PC) sale una rueda de que está pensando, pero no consigue entrar. No puedo entrar al juego desde facebook. Solo desde un PC que dejé la cuenta metida, logueada, desde ahí sí puedo entrar, pero si ni desde el móvil ni desde otro pc puedo entrar.
por favor, ruego lo solucionen.

Hey guys.

Currently, we're experiencing an issue with logging in via Facebook.

For the time being, if you access your account via Facebook with the app or on PC, but cannot, please follow these instructions as a temporary solution:

1. Go to the password recovery form by tapping or clicking the link on the log in page.

2. Type in the e-mail of your Facebook account, then check that e-mail address for an e-mail with instructions on signing in with a password.

3. Return to the iGP Manager log in page and sign in with iGP Manager, not Facebook. Enter your e-mail address and the new password from the e-mail.

4. Once you are signed in, make sure to change your password to something different.

This way, you can sign in using an e-mail for a while until the issue is resolved with logging in via Facebook.

Roger, can you describe what happens when you try to sign in via Facebook?

It returns to login page.
I tried your solution, but actually, there are a new error when I try to reset the password: Multiple accounts with the same email (I never used my email account, but the email it's just the same as the one in FB account :(
Any idea on this?

Finally, i found that on the other computer my last sesion is alive. I don't want to quit to not miss this...
What could happen if I change my email on the game of FB account? It could be a solution to enter via new email to my old FB account?

If you found your account on the other computer, change the e-mail address to a different one. Make sure it is an e-mail address you can access, then attempt to perform a password recovery by using the new one that you changed it to.
