I just noticed. My chief designer, technical director and doctor were state of the art professionals, with high experience. I am sure of that when I hired them. Now, after a while, I noticed poor performances on car upgrade and strategy planning. I checked staff and their graphical representation dropped to ridiculous levels. They are still shown to have all level 8, but they had like 15-16 experience before. From the graphic, now they have only 3-4 maximum. This is clearly a problem and my success on track is affected by that. I will replace them, since I cannot run like this, but I'll give their stats, for Andrew or Jack to investigate. Please do, since I feel robbed in a way. I don't want this to repeat or to happen to other managers. To be absolutely sure, can you please add numbers to staff attributes ? That graphical representation is very vague.
